I don't think submissions are open to members.
I may be wrong, but it looks like you're trying to submit it to "featured." This section of the gallery is not open. Please submit it to another folder. If this doesn't work, I'm not sure what's wrong, and I'll open up the "featured" gallery for you and hope that solves it. C:
If I select any of my art for the group it just says "This group isn't open to submissions"
